Happy Valentine’s Day!

On Valentine’s Day we had a little party in the afternoon. We had heart shaped snacks, made valentine’s cards and played games. It was such a fun afternoon together.

We got this awesome bead kit from our friends in Germany and the kids LOVE IT. I am amazed at how long James will spend placing the beads. He is usually super active, but he will sit and play with the beads for a long time. The kids enjoyed playing with the bead sets and made happy faces, dolphins, boats, and more!

I bought a new board game that we played together called “Häschen in der Grube” which means “Bunny in the Pit”. The bunnies go around the board and when confronted by a predator you have to try to fling your bunny into one of the pits on the game board.

We took the kids to dinner for Valentine’s Day and Oliver’s birthday. Oliver likes Vapiano and was so excited to order the pizza that is shaped like a bunny. In honor of Valentine’s Day, Vapiano had blank valentines on the table that the kids filled out for each other. We had such a sweet and beautiful day full of fun and love. Happy Valentine’s Day!
