The kids kept seeing posters for the Roncalli Circus all over the city. They were so excited when Chris announced he bought tickets to go see it! It was set up right in front of the Rathaus and was so festive and lively with beautiful lights and fun music.

The kids really liked the circus organ that played fun circus music while we waited to go into the circus tent.

Chris got front row seats for the kids with us sitting just behind them. We bought some popcorn to eat while waiting for the show to start and it was seriously the best popcorn ever.

We had seats right by the spot where the entertainers entered the arena. It was a great spot to watch the show.

The Roncalli Circus does not use animals except for one act with horses and ponies. The acts are mostly amazing acrobats who were so spectacular to watch. In between the acrobat numbers were several funny clowns that Oliver especially loved. Poor little Marion started to feel sick halfway through the show. She really loved watching the horses, but then Chris took her home while I stayed with the rest of the kids to catch the rest of the circus.

By the end of the circus, little James had fallen asleep. Elora and Oliver got invited to dance with circus performers during the final goodbye and they had such a great time. They were excited to be invited into the arena and then they got big balloons to take home. They even remembered to get extra balloons for James and Marion. It was a super fun evening and I am so glad we got to see the circus! It was the best circus performance I have ever been to.
