Crazy Kids in Pots

Our kids love my big pasta pot and often get it out. Sometimes they pretend to cook, sometimes they carry their toys in it, and sometimes they sit inside of it! Funny kids!
Elora loves her microscope and often finds small things she wants to look at. We have had fun with it, and she draws pictures of all the items she looks at so she can remember what they look like.
When Oliver puts the dishes away he likes to build cities, towns, or forts with the cups. Today it was Paris – you can see the Eiffel Tower built with cups in the back.
James trying out the steamer tray – he didn’t fit in it as well as he does in the pot.
Oliver got a new hat and gave his old one to James. I think he was pretty excited to wear it!
James found a shell necklace one of the kids left downstairs and was pretty pleased that he got to wear it.

James LOVES the cats. He points outside and meows at the door when he wants to go outside and see them. They are usually scared of him, so he was pretty excited when Scamper was eating and he could actually get close to her.

He was rolling around on the floor and giggling when he came inside. No idea what was so funny, but it was pretty cute.

James in his happy place! In a pot, being carried by Daddy. Life doesn’t get much better than that.
