Ko Olina Lagoon

We are staying in Ko Olina, which has these great lagoon beaches where the water is really still and easy to swim in. We brought the kids over to play at the beach and had a great day. Here is our crazy Marion. She doesn’t love the water, but she does love the trees and the sand.

James found a big rock! I am so impressed that he can hold that big rock. He proceeded to try and eat it.

More underwater pictures. Look how clear that water is!

This little guy was so brave in the ocean. He had a great time swimming with Elora.

Marion built a sand castle(?) with Daddy.

Oliver helped by bringing the water to the castle.

And he was very proud to dig a river leading to the castle wall.

The waves in the lagoon are small and there is very little current, so it is a great spot for little kids. This picture pretty much sums up Oliver at the beach. He LOVES it.

James liked his first beach day in Hawaii. He loves the sand, and although he wasn’t sure about the water at first, he ended up having a lot of fun in the water.

James in the little waves!

We convinced Marion to sit on Daddy’s lap in the “little water” – Marion is not crazy about deep water, but she ended up loving the small waves.

These kidlets are SO FUN to take to the beach. They love the water and love playing together at the beach.

Cute James loved crawling around in the sand. He enjoyed eating the sand too…

James loves going in the water with Mama.

Marion finally let Chris take her in the deep water and she had a great time jumping up and down in the water.

Nana got each of the kids a set of legos to play with at the condo. Here are the kids with their legos.

These kids love building with legos, so they have had a great time with their sets.

Marion got circus legos and they have definitely been the favorite with all the kids – even James. He can always be found crawling around with some of Marion’s lego set.
