I love sledding. Especially now that the kids are old enough to mostly carry their own sleds up and down the hill… Here is Oliver prancing in the snow. He is so funny.
Elora has loved spending so much time in Brian Head. I love seeing how happy she is when she gets to be outside in the snow.
We got out the bigger sled so we could go with the kids. Oliver was really excited, he loves this sled and he loves to have Dad sled with him.
We let Oliver take Marion down the mountain. She wasn’t so sure about this arrangement… but afterwards she was happy and asked to go again.
Elora and Oliver decided to sled race down the huge pile where the snow plow had dumped all the snow from the parking lot.
Marion went sledding with mom a couple times and LOVED it. She always needs time to warm up to the whole sledding idea.
And once she goes down the hill a couple times she asks to go “Again!” and “Again!”
We wrapped up James and put him in our big sled we usually use to drag Marion around. He was happy to be outside.
Elora dragged the sled with James around. She was excited and surprisingly, so was he. We even let him sled down the hill a little ways and he giggled every time.
Here come the girls!
And Oliver went back to the big hill for another huge sled run.
Oh! What a landing. I may even miss winter when the snow all melts!
