Salad Party

Okay, so after getting home from Vienna, I realized that I don’t have ANY pictures of my friends here in the Valley. Funny, huh? But now that we are so into documenting everything, I pulled out my camera at a fun Salad Recipe Exchange Party. I noticed that my friends here are not so keen on being photographed, but here are a couple pics.Stacey, Kristy, and Kendalee. It has been so fun to spend time with each of these ladies, I love them all! At the party we ate lots of salad, and then made a craft. You can see everyone’s fourth of July flags we were making in the picture.Left to Right: Jamie, Andrea, Kim, Angie, and Susan all working on their crafts. We also made a card. The party was at my friend JoAnna’s house, and I love her parties. Lots of ladies, lots of food, and always an easy craft that ANYONE can do… I don’t spend much time crafting these days, so it was nice to get the opportunity.Left to right: Sherrie, Chris bringing out the tray of AWESOME chocolate covered cheesecake balls, and Susan. On the left is JoAnna, the lady in charge of all the awesome craft and party prep. She made four different desserts for us to try. You can see the petit fours in this pic, and she also made us chocolate truffles, and then she thought there was another dessert but couldn’t remember what it was… and the next day found a chocolate banana cake in her fridge… sad we missed that one! Also in the pic, Mindy, who is a great friend and whose little girl Shayne was pictured back in the teeball post, and is one of Elora’s good friends. It was so nice for Chris to take the kids so I could have a few hours of fun with my friends here. We are all looking forward to the next party (and trying to convince JoAnna that we need to have them more often, she is such a great hostess!!!)
