Becky’s Babies!

Our good friends from Vienna, Becky and Louis, live in Monterey now. We decided to spend the morning over at their place to see their new baby twins!

Elora loves babies and was very excited to see them. Plus Becky had movies and snacks, also favorites with Elora.

Jessie holding Isaac. Isaac was having a hard time sleeping, but Jessie rocked him to sleep. Becky told Jessie she should come over more!

Because it is difficult to take good pictures of three babies, none of whom can sit up by themselves, we took a whole bunch. I put up a couple of my favorites of Marion and her new friends.

Have you ever tried to get three babies to all look in the same direction? Pretty tough. It was so exciting to see the twins. Becky and I used to hang out and go swimming in Vienna last summer when we were both pregnant, but this was the first time we got to see each others’ babies.

Here we are the next day at church with all our sleeping babies.

I love that the world seems like such a small place sometimes. I have gotten so see four friends from Vienna since getting back to the states, with more coming to visit in the next few months. It makes America feel more like home! I am so happy that Becky lives near my sister right now so that I could spend some time catching up with her. Unfortunately Louis was in… Vienna! So hopefully we’ll get to see him next time we visit Monterey!
